STEWART BROWN
Local artist Stewart Brown began his career as a printer before progressing to print buying, it was not until later in life that Stewart realised his true passion lay in the world of painting.
Through exploring the medium of soft pastel, Stewart developed and refined his artistic style and nowadays can often be found using acrylics to achieve the bold colours his distinctive work has become known for. Taking inspiration from the beautiful Scottish landscape and local landmarks, Stewart now works from his purpose-built studio in Dunblane. Stewart volunteers to work within the shop at least one day a week as he finds this involvement with other artists and feedback from the public invaluable.
