PAMELA BELL

Pamela’s career started in cartography, where she learned drafting with pen and ink and later developed to computer aided drafting. Since her days as a cartographer, she has also worked as a graphic illustrator and a designer.  

She managed to combine her degree and her passion for art, using the skills and techniques acquired in her profession to develop her own distinctive artistic skills. That translated into her architectural style drawings and her later geographic inspired mosaic pieces, which she exhibited in the last editions.  

In 2006,, Pamela learned the art of mosaics in Cyprus, and has been captivated with it ever since. She is constantly improving her techniques and styles and challenges herself with the motives and tyles she uses.  

The pieces she is currently exhibiting is a collection of watercolours displaying various well known locations in Edinburgh.
